About
A collaborative, affirming space for adults
I work online with adults across Washington. Sessions can make room for the identities, relationships, body responses, and lived experiences you bring, without asking you to reduce yourself to a diagnosis.
My role is to meet this work with curiosity, respect, and attention to what feels useful to explore together.
Focus
Areas we can explore
You do not need to fit into a single category to reach out.
Neurodivergence
Support can include experiences related to neurodivergence, ADHD, and autism.
Anxiety and trauma experiences
We can explore anxiety and trauma experiences at a pace that respects your context and boundaries.
Identity and relationships
My practice welcomes LGBTQ+ clients, polyamory and ENM, and sex-positive or kink-affirming perspectives.
Approach
How I work
Different ways of noticing and reflecting can be useful at different moments.
Parts work and IFS
Parts work, including Internal Family Systems, offers a way to notice and understand different inner responses with curiosity.
Somatic work
Somatic work pays attention to body sensations and nervous-system responses as part of the conversation.
Expressive and art-based approaches
Expressive and art-based approaches can offer another way to reflect when words are not the only useful tool.
